This print is of a painting featuring a flashback to my early years of painting graffiti on railroad cars. There was always a sense of adventure when on a “mission.” One never knew what would be encountered during these escapades. Sometimes, walking through the neighborhood was more dangerous than it was in the train yard. There was always a sense of peace while climbing the metal giants. The world would disappear the deeper you went. Then, there is the moment when you find “The ONE,” and you know you are about to lay it all on the line to create a rolling masterpiece. Straddling the lines was common practice to reach the tops. Once done, photos were snapped, spray cans were collected, and a new story was ready to be told, Tales from the Rails.
